وَأَمَّا ٱلسَّآئِلَ فَلَا تَنۡهَرۡAnd as for the beggar, then do not scold (him); وَأَمَّا بِنِعۡمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثۡAnd as for your Lord's favor, then discourse about it! (i.e., proclaim it).
