كَذَٰلِكَ يَطۡبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ
Thus Allah stamps (i.e., impresses or sets a seal) upon the hearts of those who do not know.
فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٞۖ وَلَا يَسۡتَخِفَّنَّكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ
So (endure) patiently; surely the promise of Allah is true; and do not let the ones who have no certitude induce you to levity.
