وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِاْئَةِ أَلۡفٍ أَوۡ يَزِيدُونَ
And We sent him to a hundred thousand, or more. (Literally: they may have increased)
فَـَٔامَنُواْ فَمَتَّعۡنَٰهُمۡ إِلَىٰ حِينٖ
Then they believed; so We gave them enjoyment for a while.
فَٱسۡتَفۡتِهِمۡ أَلِرَبِّكَ ٱلۡبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ ٱلۡبَنُونَ
So, ask them for a pronouncement, "Has your Lord daughters, and they have sons?
أَمۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ إِنَٰثٗا وَهُمۡ شَٰهِدُونَ
Or even did We create the Angels females, and they were witnesses?"
أَلَآ إِنَّهُم مِّنۡ إِفۡكِهِمۡ لَيَقُولُونَ
Verily, surely it is of their falsehood, indeed, (that) they say,
وَلَدَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَكَٰذِبُونَ
" Allah has begotten!" And surely they are liars indeed.
أَصۡطَفَى ٱلۡبَنَاتِ عَلَى ٱلۡبَنِينَ
Has he elected daughters above sons?
مَا لَكُمۡ كَيۡفَ تَحۡكُمُونَ
How is it with you, how do you judge?
أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
Will you then not be mindful?
