### Ownership
The classical works contained in this data — the Quran text in its canonical qira'at, and the classical tafsirs — are the shared heritage of the Muslim ummah; no one claims ownership of them. The digitization, structuring, verification, diacritical correction (dabt), linking, and metadata in this dataset are the work of the **Quranpedia.net** team, compiled and continuously corrected over years. Translations and contemporary works remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers.

### License
- **Free to use** inside apps, websites, bots, and research tools — no attribution required (a visible link to https://quranpedia.net is appreciated).
- **Republishing this data — in full or in part — as a downloadable database or dataset requires**: (1) crediting **Quranpedia.net** as the source with a link, and (2) stating this dump's version.
- The content is **continuously corrected**. Keep any copy current via `https://quranpedia.net/api/v1/changes?since=<version>` — distributing outdated Quranic text is the distributor's responsibility.
- Provided as-is, without warranty; verification remains the user's duty.

النصوص التراثية المضمَّنة في هذه البيانات — من نصِّ القرآن الكريم بقراءاته المتواترة، وكتبِ التفسير — تراثٌ مشترك للأمة، لا يدَّعي أحدٌ ملكيته. أما الرقمنة والهيكلة والتدقيق وضبط النص وربط البيانات وبياناتها الوصفية فهي عمل فريق «الموسوعة القرآنية»، جُمعت وصُحِّحت على مدى سنوات، وما تزال تُصحَّح باستمرار. وتبقى الترجمات والأعمال المعاصرة ملكًا لأصحابها وناشريها.

### الرخصة
- **يجوز استعمال البيانات مجانًا** داخل التطبيقات والمواقع والأدوات البحثية من غير اشتراط ذكر المصدر (وذكرُه محلُّ تقدير).
- **نشرُها نفسِها — كاملةً أو بعضَها — في صورة قاعدة بيانات أو مجموعة بيانات قابلة للتنزيل يلزم فيه**: ذكرُ «الموسوعة القرآنية quranpedia.net» مصدرًا مع رابط الموقع، وبيانُ تاريخ هذه النسخة.
- والمحتوى يخضع **لتصحيح مستمر**؛ فمَن نشر نسخةً، فعليه تحديثها عبر `‎/v1/changes`، والعهدة في نشر نصٍّ قديم على ناشره.
- وتُقدَّم البيانات كما هي من غير ضمان، والتثبُّت واجبُ المستفيد.

- **Word morphology** (part of speech, root, lemma, case, mood, verb form) —

  (may Allah have mercy on him), University of Leeds — **GNU GPL**. Any use must
  clearly indicate the Quranic Arabic Corpus as the source with a link.
- **I'rab syntax** (dependency relations, heads, constituents) —
  [The Quranic Treebank](https://github.com/NoorBayan/Quranic), **MIT**, built on
  the Quranic Arabic Corpus of Dr. Kais Dukes (may Allah have mercy on him).

ولا يسري ترخيصُ الموسوعة المذكور آنفًا على هذين المصدرين؛ فبيانات التحليل الصرفي
من «المدونة القرآنية» للدكتور قيس دوكس رحمه الله برخصة GNU GPL، ويلزم فيها ذكرُ
المصدر مع رابطه؛ وبيانات الإعراب النحوي من The Quranic Treebank برخصة MIT، مبنيةً
على عمله رحمه الله.
