Sallamou Alaykoum: I would like to know whether it is permissive that one person only can listen to Quran in crowd of friends, despite that the majority are having conversations and not listening to the blessed reading. Jazak Allah Khayren

You can listen to the Quran any time. As for reciting it or playing a recording of it in a place were people are pussy and not paying attention to it, is not correct and the recording must be stop it.
