Asalam alaykum, I will appreciate an english meaning and transleteration i.e how to pronouce the 8 qun fa yakun in my prayer.Also, i want to know where i can locate this phrase in the Qur'an.Thank your sir, and more grease to your elbow.

It is a part of verse number 82 from Surat Yaseen. The whole verse could be translated as “But His command, when He intended a thing, is only that He says unto it: ‘Be!’ and it is.”
