Is it unanimously agreed upon by all madhhabs that It is waajib on all Qur'an teachers to systematically and comprehensively teach the 'amal of Qur'an like the Prophet did (10 ayats with all 'ilm+'amal); and If so then isn't it at the same time as the 'ilm training (not in pieces according to the teacher's favorite ayats or after 'ilm training is totally finished). To maximize the benefit of reading Quran, one must understand the meaning of the Ayat he/she recites in order for him to put it into practice. But the way this goal could be achieved is not specified in the Quran or in the Sunnah of the Prophet saaw, meaning, it is up to people to determine the best method to use for understanding and practicing the Quranic guidance and instruction. These methods might differ from one era to another and from one society to another.
