In the Name of Allaah, the Benevolent, the Merciful All praise belongs to Allaah, and may peace and blessings be upon the messenger of Allaah, and upon his family, companions, and those allied with him. The scholars of the lands of the two holy sites (i.e. Makkah & Madinah) take priority in answering this question, due to their direct contact with the different ideological movements that roam about within their lands. The Assembly was established to deal with matters of the outside Muslim communities (i.e. outside the Muslim lands). May Allaah increase you in cautiousness and success. And Allaah, the Most High, knows best.
