### الآية 114:1

> قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ [114:1]

An-Nas
------

قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ


(114:1) Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind; 

---

### الآية 114:2

> مَلِكِ النَّاسِ [114:2]

مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ


(114:2) the King of mankind, 

---

### الآية 114:3

> إِلَٰهِ النَّاسِ [114:3]

إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ


(114:3) the True God of mankind,1

---

### الآية 114:4

> مِنْ شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ [114:4]

مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ


(114:4) from the mischief of the whispering, elusive prompter who returns 
 again and again,2

### الآية 114:5

> الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ [114:5]

ٱلَّذِي يُوَسۡوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ


(114:5) who whispers in the hearts of people;

### الآية 114:6

> مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ [114:6]

مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ


(114:6) whether he be from the jinn or humans.”3
