(109) To Allāh belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And to Allāh will [all] matters be returned.

109. And to Allâh belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. And all matters go back (for decision) to Allâh.

وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ

And to Allah (belongs) whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth; and to Allah all Commands are returned.
