(87) Those - their recompense will be that upon them is the curse of Allāh and the angels and the people, all together,

 87. They are those whose recompense is that on them (rests) the Curse of Allâh, of the angels, and of all mankind.

أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ جَزَآؤُهُمۡ أَنَّ عَلَيۡهِمۡ لَعۡنَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجۡمَعِينَ

Those will have their recompense in (that there will rest) on them the curse of Allah and of the Angels and of mankind all together,
— Dr. Ghali - English translation
أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ جَزَآؤُهُمۡ أَنَّ عَلَيۡهِمۡ لَعۡنَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ أَجۡمَعِينَ

They are those whose recompense is that on them (rests) the Curse of Allah, of the angels, and of all mankind.

(3:87) The recom- pense for their wrong-doing is that the curse of Allah

The punishment of such people is that upon them is the curse of Allah, of the angels and of the human beings altogether.

87. The reward of those wrongdoers who choose falsehood is the condemnation of Allah and the angels and the people all together; and they are excluded and removed from the mercy of Allah.
