(20) And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith]

 20. And on the earth are signs for those who have Faith with certainty.

وَفِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ءَايَٰتٞ لِّلۡمُوقِنِينَ

And in the earth are signs for the ones having certitude,

20. And in the earth and the mountains, seas, rivers, trees, plants and animals that Allah has placed in them are proof of Allah’s power for those who have conviction that Allah is their Creator and Fashioner.
