(85) And the decree will befall them[1088] for the wrong they did, and they will not [be able to] speak.
[1088]- Allāh's decree will come into effect upon them, and His promise will be fulfilled.

 85. And the Word (of torment) will be fulfilled against them, because they have done wrong, and they will be unable to speak (in order to defend themselves).

And the Saying will befall them for that they did injustice, so they will not pronounce (at all).
