(29) Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is in [i.e., bringing about] a matter.[1598]— الترجمة الإنجليزية - صحيح انترناشونال

29. Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He is (engaged) in some affair (such as giving honour or disgrace to some, life or death to some, etc.)!— الترجمة الإنجليزية
— Dr. Ghali - English translationيَسۡـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ كُلَّ يَوۡمٍ هُوَ فِي شَأۡنٖWhoever are in the heavens and the earth ask Him; every Day He is upon some (momentous) affair.
