(19) He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living and brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. And thus will you be brought out.[1143]

19. He extracts the living from the dead, like His extracting a human from a drop of semen and a chick from an egg. He revives the earth after it has become dry by sending down rain and regrowing it. Likewise you will be resurrected from your graves for accountability and requital.
