(96) And We did certainly send Moses with Our signs and a clear authority[575]

 96. And indeed We sent Mûsâ (Moses) with Our Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) and a manifest authority.

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَسُلۡطَٰنٖ مُّبِينٍ

And indeed We already sent Musa (Moses) with Our signs and an all-binding authority.
