Verse 1
ﭣﭤﭥ
ﭦ
Al-Inshiqaq
When the sky will split apart,
Verse 2
ﭧﭨﭩ
ﭪ
and will listen to (the command of) its Lord,- and it ought to,-
Verse 3
ﭫﭬﭭ
ﭮ
and when the earth will be stretched (to give room to more people),
Verse 4
ﭯﭰﭱﭲ
ﭳ
and it will throw up whatever it contains, and will become empty,
Verse 5
ﭴﭵﭶ
ﭷ
and will listen to (the command of) its Lord,- and it ought to,- (then man will see the consequences of his deeds.)
Verse 6
O man, you have to work hard constantly to reach your Lord, and then you have to meet Him.
Verse 7
ﮁﮂﮃﮄﮅ
ﮆ
So, as for him whose book (of deeds) will be given to him in his right hand,
Verse 8
ﮇﮈﮉﮊ
ﮋ
he will be called to account in an easy manner,
Verse 9
ﮌﮍﮎﮏ
ﮐ
and he will go back to his people joyfully.
Verse 10
ﮑﮒﮓﮔﮕﮖ
ﮗ
As for the one whose book (of deeds) will be given to him from his backside,
Verse 11
ﮘﮙﮚ
ﮛ
he will pray for death,
Verse 12
ﮜﮝ
ﮞ
and will enter the blazing fire.
Verse 13
ﮟﮠﮡﮢﮣ
ﮤ
He had been joyful among his people (in the world).
Verse 14
ﮥﮦﮧﮨﮩ
ﮪ
He thought he would never revert (to Allah).
Verse 15
No! Indeed his Lord was watchful over him.
Verse 16
ﯔﯕﯖ
ﯗ
So, I swear by the twilight (after sunset),
Verse 17
ﯘﯙﯚ
ﯛ
and by the night and what it envelops,
Verse 18
ﯜﯝﯞ
ﯟ
and by the moon when it develops at the full,
Verse 19
ﯠﯡﯢﯣ
ﯤ
you shall certainly ascend from stage to stage.
Verse 20
ﯥﯦﯧﯨ
ﯩ
So, what is wrong with them that they do not believe,
Verse 21
and when the Qur’ān is recited to them, they do not offer sajdah (prostration)?
Verse 22
ﯲﯳﯴﯵ
ﯶ
Rather, those who disbelieve deny (the truth).
Verse 23
ﯷﯸﯹﯺ
ﯻ
And Allah is most aware of what they store.
Verse 24
ﯼﯽﯾ
ﯿ
So, give him the ‘good news’ of a painful punishment,
Verse 25
but those who believed and did righteous deeds will have a reward that will never be interrupted.
