(24) Or have they taken gods besides Him? Say, [O Muḥammad], "Produce your proof. This [Qur’ān] is the message for those with me and the message of those before me."[881] But most of them do not know the truth, so they are turning away.
[881]- All previous prophets called for the worship of Allāh alone.

 24. Or have they taken for worship (other) âlihah (gods) besides Him? Say: "Bring your proof." This (the Qur’ân) is the Reminder for those with me and the Reminder for those before me. But most of them know not the Truth, so they are averse.

(21:24) Have they taken gods other than Him? Say, (O Muhammad): "Bring forth
your proof! Here is the Book with admonition for those of my time and there
are also scriptures with admonition for people before me."4 But
most people do not know the Truth, and have, therefore, turned away from it.5

Have they chosen to worship other gods instead of Him? Say, ‘Bring your proof. This is the Scripture for those who are with me and the Scripture for those who went before me.’ But most of them do not recognize the truth, so they pay no heed.

24. But they took other gods besides Allah. Say, O Messenger, to these idolaters: “Bring your proof for their being worthy of worship. This book which has been revealed to me and the books revealed upon the messengers contain no proof for you”. But rather most of the idolaters only take support from ignorance and blind following, so they turn away from accepting the truth.
