59. And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allâh’s Punishment).— الترجمة الإنجليزية
— Dr. Ghali - English translationوَلَا يَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُمۡ لَا يُعۡجِزُونَAnd definitely let not the ones who have disbelieved reckon that they have outstripped (the believers); surely they (cannot) defy (My Will).
