(5) His is the dominion of the heavens and earth. And to Allāh are returned [all] matters.

 5. His is the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. And to Allâh return all the matters (for decision).

لَّهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ

To Him (belongs) the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah (all) Commands are returned.
