98. Except the weak ones among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan, nor are they able to direct their way.— الترجمة الإنجليزية
— Dr. Ghali - English translationإِلَّا ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٗ وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ سَبِيلٗاExcept (the ones) deemed weak among the men and women and newborns (who) are unable (to contrive) a device and are not guided to a way.
