(99) For those it is expected that Allāh will pardon them, and Allāh is ever Pardoning[214] and Forgiving.

 99. These are they whom Allâh is likely to forgive them, and Allâh is Ever Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving.

فَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَعۡفُوَ عَنۡهُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَفُوًّا غَفُورٗا

So for those Allah may be clement towards them, and Allah has been Ever-Clement, Ever-Forgiving.

99. Perhaps Allah will pardon such people through His mercy and grace. Allah always pardons His servants and forgives those who repent to Him.
