(26) And [mention, O Muḥammad], when Abraham said to his father and his people, "Indeed, I am disassociated from that which you worship— الترجمة الإنجليزية - صحيح انترناشونال
26. And (remember) when Ibrâhîm (Abraham) said to his father and his people: "Verily, I am innocent of what you worship,— الترجمة الإنجليزية
— Dr. Ghali - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَAnd as Ibrahim (Abraham) said to his father and his people, "Surely I (myself) am completely quit of whatever you worship
— Muhsin Khan - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَAnd (remember) when Ibrahim (Abraham) said to his father and his people: "Verily, I am innocent of what you worship,
— Pickthall - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَAnd when Abraham said unto his father and his folk: Lo! I am innocent of what ye worship
— Yusuf Ali - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَBehold! Abraham said to his father and his people: "I do indeed clear myself of what ye worship:
— Sahih International - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَAnd [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said to his father and his people, "Indeed, I am disassociated from that which you worship
— Abul Ala Maududi(With tafsir) - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَ(43:26) Call to mind when Abraham said to his father and his people:4
“I totally disown all whom you serve
— Abdul Haleem - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَAbraham said to his father and his people, ‘I renounce what you worship.
— Mufti Taqi Usmani - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَ(Recall) when Ibrāhīm said to his father and to his people, “I disown that which you worship,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab, The Clear Quran - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَ˹Remember, O Prophet˺ when Abraham declared to his father and his people, “I am totally free of whatever ˹gods˺ you worship,
— Dr. Mustafa Khattab - English translationوَإِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِي بَرَآءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡبُدُونَ˹Remember, O Prophet˺ when Abraham declared to his father and his people, “I am totally free of whatever ˹gods˺ you worship,
