(18) And do not turn your cheek [in contempt] toward people[1164] and do not walk through the earth exultantly. Indeed, Allāh does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful.

 18. "And turn not your face away from men with pride, nor walk in insolence through the earth. Verily, Allâh likes not any arrogant boaster.[3]
