(68) We [i.e., Allāh] said, "Fear not. Indeed, it is you who are superior.

 68. We (Allâh) said: "Fear not! Surely, you will have the upper hand.

We said (to Musa), "Do not fear (anything); surely you (yourself) are the most exalted.
