(70) To warn whoever is alive[1280] and justify the word [i.e., decree] against the disbelievers.— الترجمة الإنجليزية - صحيح انترناشونال
[1280]- In heart and mind, i.e., the believers.
70. That he or it (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم or the Qur’ân) may give warning to him who is living (a healthy minded - the believer), and that Word (charge) may be justified against the disbelievers (dead, as they reject the warnings).— الترجمة الإنجليزية
— Dr. Ghali - English translationلِّيُنذِرَ مَن كَانَ حَيّٗا وَيَحِقَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَThat he may warn whomever is living and that the Saying may come true against the disbelievers.
