intention for reading quran

Assalamualaykum I luv the quran. I listen to it and when I do esp with a good reciter.It touches my heart. B'cos of my love for it, I started learning to read it and I asked Allah for help. Alhamdullilah! Now my recitation has improved, and every time I read, people compliment me, this makes me feel good.I hope my recitation will have the same impact that good reciters have on me. Most hypocrites of this ummah memorize the quran??

Salamu alaykum wa rahmatullah, Is this hadith sahih and what is the source for it? the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Most of the hypocrites of my ummah are among those who have memorized Qur’an.” If this hadith is legitimate, why would this be true?

Established Ways of Allah

Allah mentions in Surah al-An'am, verses 42 to 45, one of His Established Ways and Enactments, "And We have already sent [messengers] to nations before you, …" The verses end with, "So the people that committed wrong were eliminated. …" The interpreters stated that this verse refers to the polytheists. Does this mean that this enactment does not go on Muslims in case they do the same mistakes mentioned in these verses?

Reciting from Mushaf (holding it) During Optional Prayers

I try to read a Juz a day. While doing so, thought, why not recite the Juz INSIDE prayer...so I started to hold my Quran and reciting from it during the optional prayers (Sunna Rawaatib). Is this permissible?
