Tafsir sa Sura المدّثر sa الإنجليزية gikan sa ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم - عادل صلاحي
Verse 1
ﮪﮫ
ﮬ
You, wrapped in your cloak,
Verse 2
ﮭﮮ
ﮯ
arise and give warning.
Verse 3
ﮰﮱ
ﯓ
Glorify your Lord’s greatness;
Verse 4
ﯔﯕ
ﯖ
clean your garments;
Verse 5
ﯗﯘ
ﯙ
stay away from all filth;
Verse 6
ﯚﯛﯜ
ﯝ
do not hold up what you give away, showing it to be much;
Verse 7
ﯞﯟ
ﯠ
but to your Lord turn in patience.
Verse 8
ﯡﯢﯣﯤ
ﯥ
When the Trumpet is sounded
Verse 9
ﯦﯧﯨﯩ
ﯪ
that will be a day of anguish,
Verse 10
ﯫﯬﯭﯮ
ﯯ
far from easy for the unbelievers.
Verse 11
ﯰﯱﯲﯳ
ﯴ
Leave to me the one I created alone,
Verse 12
ﯵﯶﯷﯸ
ﯹ
to whom I have granted vast wealth,
Verse 13
ﯺﯻ
ﯼ
and sons by his side,
Verse 14
ﯽﯾﯿ
ﰀ
making life smooth and easy for him;
Verse 15
ﰁﰂﰃﰄ
ﰅ
yet he greedily desires that I give him more.
Verse 16
ﰆﰇﰈﰉﰊﰋ
ﰌ
No! He has set himself stubbornly against Our revelations.
Verse 17
ﰍﰎ
ﰏ
I will constrain him to endure a painful uphill climb!
Verse 18
ﰐﰑﰒ
ﰓ
He thought and he schemed.
Verse 19
ﭑﭒﭓ
ﭔ
Damn him, how he schemed!
Verse 20
ﭕﭖﭗﭘ
ﭙ
Again, damn him, how he schemed!
Verse 21
ﭚﭛ
ﭜ
He looked around,
Verse 22
ﭝﭞﭟ
ﭠ
then he frowned and glared,
Verse 23
ﭡﭢﭣ
ﭤ
then he turned his back and gloried in his arrogance,
Verse 24
ﭥﭦﭧﭨﭩﭪ
ﭫ
and said, ‘This is just sorcery handed down from olden times!
Verse 25
ﭬﭭﭮﭯﭰ
ﭱ
This is nothing but the word of a mere mortal!’
Verse 26
ﭲﭳ
ﭴ
I will cast him into the scorching Fire.
Verse 27
ﭵﭶﭷﭸ
ﭹ
Would that you knew what the scorching Fire is like!
Verse 28
ﭺﭻﭼﭽ
ﭾ
It leaves nothing, and spares nothing;
Verse 29
ﭿﮀ
ﮁ
it appears before mankind,
Verse 30
ﮂﮃﮄ
ﮅ
guarded by nineteen.
We have appointed none other than angels to guard the Fire, and We have made their number a test for the unbelievers. Thus those who have been granted revelations in the past may be convinced and the believers may grow yet more firm in their faith; and so those who have been granted revelations and the believers will entertain no doubt; but the sick at heart and the unbelievers will ask, ‘What could God mean by this image?’ Thus God lets go astray whomever He wills, and guides whomever He wills. No one knows your Lord’s forces except Him. This is all but a reminder for mankind.
Verse 32
ﯥﯦ
ﯧ
No! by the moon!
Verse 33
ﯨﯩﯪ
ﯫ
By the night when it departs,
Verse 34
ﯬﯭﯮ
ﯯ
and the shining dawn!
Verse 35
ﯰﯱﯲ
ﯳ
It is indeed one of the mighty things,
Verse 36
ﯴﯵ
ﯶ
a warning to all mankind,
Verse 37
to those of you who choose to go ahead or to lag behind.
Verse 38
ﯿﰀﰁﰂﰃ
ﰄ
Every soul is held in pledge for what it has wrought,
Verse 39
ﰅﰆﰇ
ﰈ
except for those on the right hand.
Verse 40
ﰉﰊﰋ
ﰌ
They will be in gardens, and will ask
Verse 41
ﰍﰎ
ﰏ
about the guilty ones:
Verse 42
ﰐﰑﰒﰓ
ﰔ
‘What brought you into the scorching Fire?’
Verse 43
ﰕﰖﰗﰘﰙ
ﰚ
They will answer: ‘We were not among those who prayed,
Verse 44
ﰛﰜﰝﰞ
ﰟ
neither did we feed the needy;
Verse 45
ﰠﰡﰢﰣ
ﰤ
but we indulged with others in vain talk,
Verse 46
ﰥﰦﰧﰨ
ﰩ
and we denied the Day of Judgement
Verse 47
ﰪﰫﰬ
ﰭ
until there came upon us that which is certain’.
Verse 48
ﭑﭒﭓﭔ
ﭕ
So, of no benefit to them could be the pleas of any intercessors.
Verse 49
ﭖﭗﭘﭙﭚ
ﭛ
What is the matter with them that they turn away from all admonition
Verse 50
ﭜﭝﭞ
ﭟ
like terrified asses
Verse 51
ﭠﭡﭢ
ﭣ
fleeing from a lion?
Verse 52
Every one of them demands to be given revelations unfolded before him.
Verse 53
ﭮﭯﭰﭱﭲﭳ
ﭴ
No! They do not fear the life to come.
Verse 54
ﭵﭶﭷ
ﭸ
No! This is indeed an admonition.
Verse 55
ﭹﭺﭻ
ﭼ
Let him who will, take heed.
Verse 56
They, however, will not take heed unless God so wills. He is the Lord to be feared, the Lord of forgiveness.
