Verse 1
ﭷ
ﭸ
Ar-Rahman
The Most Compassionate
Verse 2
ﭹﭺ
ﭻ
taught the Quran,
Verse 3
ﭼﭽ
ﭾ
created humanity,
Verse 4
ﭿﮀ
ﮁ
˹and˺ taught them speech.
Verse 5
ﮂﮃﮄ
ﮅ
The sun and the moon ˹travel˺ with precision.
Verse 6
ﮆﮇﮈ
ﮉ
The stars and the trees bow down ˹in submission˺.
Verse 7
ﮊﮋﮌﮍ
ﮎ
As for the sky, He raised it ˹high˺, and set the balance ˹of justice˺
Verse 8
ﮏﮐﮑﮒ
ﮓ
so that you do not defraud the scales.
Verse 9
ﮔﮕﮖﮗﮘﮙ
ﮚ
Weigh with justice, and do not give short measure.
Verse 10
ﮛﮜﮝ
ﮞ
He laid out the earth for all beings.
Verse 11
ﮟﮠﮡﮢﮣ
ﮤ
In it are fruit, palm trees with date stalks,
Verse 12
ﮥﮦﮧﮨ
ﮩ
and grain with husks, and aromatic plants.
Verse 13
ﮪﮫﮬﮭ
ﮮ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you ˹humans and jinn˺ both deny?
Verse 14
ﮯﮰﮱﯓﯔ
ﯕ
He created humankind from ˹sounding˺ clay like pottery,
Verse 15
ﯖﯗﯘﯙﯚﯛ
ﯜ
and created jinn from a ˹smokeless˺ flame of fire.
Verse 16
ﯝﯞﯟﯠ
ﯡ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 17
ﯢﯣﯤﯥ
ﯦ
˹He is˺ Lord of the two easts and the two wests.
Verse 18
ﯧﯨﯩﯪ
ﯫ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 19
ﭑﭒﭓ
ﭔ
He merges the two bodies of ˹fresh and salt˺ water,
Verse 20
ﭕﭖﭗﭘ
ﭙ
yet between them is a barrier they never cross.
Verse 21
ﭚﭛﭜﭝ
ﭞ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 22
ﭟﭠﭡﭢ
ﭣ
Out of both ˹waters˺ come forth pearls and coral.
Verse 23
ﭤﭥﭦﭧ
ﭨ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 24
ﭩﭪﭫﭬﭭﭮ
ﭯ
To Him belong the ships with raised sails, sailing through the seas like mountains.
Verse 25
ﭰﭱﭲﭳ
ﭴ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 26
ﭵﭶﭷﭸ
ﭹ
Every being on earth is bound to perish.
Verse 27
ﭺﭻﭼﭽﭾﭿ
ﮀ
Only your Lord Himself, full of Majesty and Honour, will remain ˹forever˺.
Verse 28
ﮁﮂﮃﮄ
ﮅ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 29
All those in the heavens and the earth are dependent on Him. Day in and day out He has something to bring about.
Verse 30
ﮒﮓﮔﮕ
ﮖ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 31
ﮗﮘﮙﮚ
ﮛ
We will soon attend to you ˹for judgment˺, O two multitudes ˹of jinn and humans˺!
Verse 32
ﮜﮝﮞﮟ
ﮠ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 33
O assembly of jinn and humans! If you can penetrate beyond the realms of the heavens and the earth, then do so. ˹But˺ you cannot do that without ˹Our˺ authority.
Verse 34
ﯔﯕﯖﯗ
ﯘ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 35
Flames of fire and ˹molten˺ copper will be sent against you, and you will not be able to defend one another.
Verse 36
ﯢﯣﯤﯥ
ﯦ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 37
ﯧﯨﯩﯪﯫﯬ
ﯭ
˹How horrible will it be˺ when the heavens will split apart, becoming rose-red like ˹burnt˺ oil!
Verse 38
ﯮﯯﯰﯱ
ﯲ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 39
On that Day there will be no need for any human or jinn to be asked about their sins.
Verse 40
ﯼﯽﯾﯿ
ﰀ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 41
ﰁﰂﰃﰄﰅﰆ
ﰇ
The wicked will be recognized by their appearance, then will be seized by ˹their˺ forelocks and feet.
Verse 42
ﭑﭒﭓﭔ
ﭕ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 43
ﭖﭗﭘﭙﭚﭛ
ﭜ
˹They will be told,˺ “This is the Hell which the wicked denied.”
Verse 44
ﭝﭞﭟﭠﭡ
ﭢ
They will alternate between its flames and scalding water.
Verse 45
ﭣﭤﭥﭦ
ﭧ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 46
ﭨﭩﭪﭫﭬ
ﭭ
And whoever is in awe of standing before their Lord will have two Gardens.
Verse 47
ﭮﭯﭰﭱ
ﭲ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 48
ﭳﭴ
ﭵ
˹Both will be˺ with lush branches.
Verse 49
ﭶﭷﭸﭹ
ﭺ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 50
ﭻﭼﭽ
ﭾ
In each ˹Garden˺ will be two flowing springs.
Verse 51
ﭿﮀﮁﮂ
ﮃ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 52
ﮄﮅﮆﮇﮈ
ﮉ
In each will be two types of every fruit.
Verse 53
ﮊﮋﮌﮍ
ﮎ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 54
Those ˹believers˺ will recline on furnishings lined with rich brocade. And the fruit of both Gardens will hang within reach.
Verse 55
ﮚﮛﮜﮝ
ﮞ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 56
In both ˹Gardens˺ will be maidens of modest gaze, who no human or jinn has ever touched before.
Verse 57
ﮩﮪﮫﮬ
ﮭ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 58
ﮮﮯﮰ
ﮱ
Those ˹maidens˺ will be ˹as elegant˺ as rubies and coral.
Verse 59
ﯓﯔﯕﯖ
ﯗ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 60
ﯘﯙﯚﯛﯜ
ﯝ
Is there any reward for goodness except goodness?
Verse 61
ﯞﯟﯠﯡ
ﯢ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 62
ﯣﯤﯥ
ﯦ
And below these two ˹Gardens˺ will be two others.
Verse 63
ﯧﯨﯩﯪ
ﯫ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 64
ﯬ
ﯭ
Both will be dark green.
Verse 65
ﯮﯯﯰﯱ
ﯲ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 66
ﯳﯴﯵ
ﯶ
In each will be two gushing springs.
Verse 67
ﯷﯸﯹﯺ
ﯻ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 68
ﯼﯽﯾﯿ
ﰀ
In both will be fruit, palm trees, and pomegranates.
Verse 69
ﰁﰂﰃﰄ
ﰅ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 70
ﭑﭒﭓ
ﭔ
In all Gardens will be noble, pleasant mates.
Verse 71
ﭕﭖﭗﭘ
ﭙ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 72
ﭚﭛﭜﭝ
ﭞ
˹They will be˺ maidens with gorgeous eyes, reserved in pavilions.
Verse 73
ﭟﭠﭡﭢ
ﭣ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 74
ﭤﭥﭦﭧﭨﭩ
ﭪ
No human or jinn has ever touched these ˹maidens˺ before.
Verse 75
ﭫﭬﭭﭮ
ﭯ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 76
ﭰﭱﭲﭳﭴﭵ
ﭶ
All ˹believers˺ will be reclining on green cushions and splendid carpets.
Verse 77
ﭷﭸﭹﭺ
ﭻ
Then which of your Lord’s favours will you both deny?
Verse 78
ﭼﭽﭾﭿﮀﮁ
ﮂ
Blessed is the Name of your Lord, full of Majesty and Honour.
