Al-Qari'ah
The Striking Event!
Verse 2
ﭶﭷ
ﭸ
What is the Striking Event?
Verse 3
ﭹﭺﭻﭼ
ﭽ
And what may let you know what the Striking Event is?
Verse 4
ﭾﭿﮀﮁﮂ
ﮃ
(It will happen) on a day when people will be like scattered moths,
Verse 5
ﮄﮅﮆﮇ
ﮈ
and the mountains will be like carded wool.
Verse 6
ﮉﮊﮋﮌ
ﮍ
Then, as for him whose scales (of good deeds) are heavy,
Verse 7
ﮎﮏﮐﮑ
ﮒ
he will be in a happy life.
Verse 8
ﮓﮔﮕﮖ
ﮗ
But he whose scales are light,
Verse 9
ﮘﮙ
ﮚ
-his abode will be Abyss.
Verse 10
ﮛﮜﮝﮞ
ﮟ
And what may let you know what that (Abyss) is?
Verse 11
ﮠﮡ
ﮢ
A blazing Fire!
