أَطَّلَعَ ٱلۡغَيۡبَ أَمِ ٱتَّخَذَ عِندَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ عَهۡدٗا
Has he viewed the Unseen or taken to himself a covenant from the Providence of The All-Merciful?
