ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُزۡنِ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ
Is it you who have sent it down from the rainy clouds or are We, Ever We, The Senders down?
