إِلَّا قِيلٗا سَلَٰمٗا سَلَٰمٗا
Except the blissful saying, "Peace! Peace!"

إِلَّا قِيلٗا سَلَٰمٗا سَلَٰمٗا
But only the saying of: Salam!, Salam! (greetings with peace)!
