(41) And remember Our servant Job, when he called to his Lord, "Indeed, Satan has touched me with hardship and torment."

41. And remember Our slave Ayyûb (Job), when he invoked his Lord (saying): "Verily Shaitân (Satan) has touched me with distress (by ruining my health) and torment (by ruining my wealth)!

وَٱذۡكُرۡ عَبۡدَنَآ أَيُّوبَ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ بِنُصۡبٖ وَعَذَابٍ
And remember Our bondman ÉAyyûb, (Job) as he called out to his Lord (saying), "Ash-Shaytan (The ever-vicious "one", i.e., the Devil) has touched me with calamity and torment."

وَٱذۡكُرۡ عَبۡدَنَآ أَيُّوبَ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ بِنُصۡبٖ وَعَذَابٍ

Commemorate Our Servant Job. Behold he cried to his Lord: "The Evil One has afflicted me with distress and suffering!"

(38:41) And remember Our servant Job:1 when he cried to his Lord:
