(30) How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him.

يَٰحَسۡرَةً عَلَى ٱلۡعِبَادِۚ مَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
Oh for the regrets of the bondmen! In no way does a Messenger come up to them except that they used to mock at him.

يَٰحَسۡرَةً عَلَى ٱلۡعِبَادِۚ مَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
Alas for mankind! There never came a Messenger to them but they used to mock at him.

يَٰحَسۡرَةً عَلَى ٱلۡعِبَادِۚ مَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
Ah, the anguish for the bondmen! Never came there unto them a messenger but they did mock him!

يَٰحَسۡرَةً عَلَى ٱلۡعِبَادِۚ مَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
Ah! Alas for (My) Servants! There comes not a messenger to them but they mock him!

يَٰحَسۡرَةً عَلَى ٱلۡعِبَادِۚ مَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ

Alas for human beings! Whenever a messenger comes to them they ridicule him.

30. Alas for those servants who denied, and how regretful will their situation be on the day of resurrection when they will see the punishment. That is because in the world, whenever any Messenger from Allah came to them, they used to mock at and ridicule him. Their outcome will therefore be regret on the day of resurrection for the neglect of their duty to Allah.
