إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ ٱلۡخَلَّـٰقُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
Surely your Lord, He is The Sublime Creator, The Ever-Knowing.

Verily, your Lord is the All-Knowing Creator.
