آية رقم 1

ﭛﭜﭝ ﭞ ​

Al-Buruj

(85:1) By the heaven with its impregnable castles;¹

آية رقم 2

ﭟﭠ ﭡ ​

(85:2) by the Promised Day,²

آية رقم 3

ﭢﭣ ﭤ ​

(85:3) and by the witness and what is witnessed:³

آية رقم 4

ﭥﭦﭧ ﭨ ​

(85:4) the people of the pit were destroyed

آية رقم 5

ﭩﭪﭫ ﭬ ​

(85:5) with fire abounding in fuel,

آية رقم 6

ﭭﭮﭯﭰ ﭱ ​

(85:6) while they sat around it,

آية رقم 7

ﭲﭳﭴﭵﭶﭷ ﭸ ​

(85:7) and were witnessing what they did to the believers.⁴

آية رقم 8

ﭹﭺﭻﭼﭽﭾﭿﮀﮁ ﮂ ​

(85:8) Against these they had no grudge except that they believed in Allah,
the Most Mighty, the Most Praiseworthy,

آية رقم 9

ﮃﮄﮅﮆﮇﮈﮉﮊﮋﮌﮍ ﮎ ​

(85:9) to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. Allah witnesses
everything.⁵

آية رقم 10

ﮏﮐﮑﮒﮓﮔﮕﮖﮗﮘﮙﮚﮛﮜ ﮝ ​

(85:10) Surely those who tormented the believing men and the believing women
and then did not repent, theirs shall be the chastisement of Hell, and theirs
shall be the chastisement of burning.⁶

آية رقم 11

ﮞﮟﮠﮡﮢﮣﮤﮥﮦﮧﮨﮩﮪﮫﮬ ﮭ ​

(85:11) As for those who believed and acted righteously, theirs shall be
Gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great triumph.

آية رقم 12

ﮮﮯﮰﮱ ﯓ ​

(85:12) Stern indeed is your Lord's punishment.

آية رقم 13

ﯔﯕﯖﯗ ﯘ ​

(85:13) He it is Who creates for the first time and He it is Who will create
again,

آية رقم 14

ﯙﯚﯛ ﯜ ​

(85:14) and He is the Ever Forgiving, the Most Loving

آية رقم 15

ﯝﯞﯟ ﯠ ​

(85:15) – the Lord of the Glorious Throne,

آية رقم 16

ﯡﯢﯣ ﯤ ​

(85:16) the Executor of what He wills.⁷

آية رقم 17

ﯥﯦﯧﯨ ﯩ ​

(85:17) Has the story of the armies reached you,

آية رقم 18

ﯪﯫ ﯬ ​

(85:18) the armies of Pharaoh and Thamud?⁸

آية رقم 19

ﯭﯮﯯﯰﯱ ﯲ ​

(85:19) The unbelievers are indeed engaged in denying it, calling it a lie,

آية رقم 20

ﯳﯴﯵﯶ ﯷ ​

(85:20) although Allah surrounds them.

آية رقم 21

ﯸﯹﯺﯻ ﯼ ​

(85:21) Nay; but this is a glorious Qur'an,

آية رقم 22

ﯽﯾﯿ ﰀ ​

(85:22) inscribed on a well-guarded Tablet.⁹
